How to make

    1. Remove blood from the meat with a paper towel.
You can rinse it in water, but press it gently with a paper towel to release plenty of iron.
    2. Cut the meat into pieces and blanch it in boiling water. Leave it for about a minute and then take it out when the color changes.
You can soak it in cold water for about 30 minutes to remove the blood separately, but it is cleaner to blanch it.
    3. Add the meat, vegetables, and kelp and the braised sauce and boil over high heat.
If you have shiitake mushrooms at home, it will be more delicious if you add them together. Or, you can add radish to make the meat soft.
    4. When it boils like this over high heat, take out the kelp and boil it over medium heat for about 25 minutes.
    5. For quail eggs, add 1T of salt and 1T of vinegar to cold water and take it out 7 minutes after the water boils.
Before boiling, stir in one direction from the time bubbles appear until it boils, and the yolk will come to the center and break into the shell. It's convenient.
    6. Once boiled, soak in cold water to cool.
After it's cooled, crack the round bottom and peel the shell.
If the yolk comes out, the soybean paste will become cloudy or burst, so put it in your mouth.
